Location

Via G. De Notaris, 5, Roma, 00197

The Hotel Lord Byron’s heritage as a private townhouse estate perfectly fits the context of the Parioli Quarter, one of Rome’s most exclusive areas. The neighbourhood boosts the highest concentration of foreign embassies, multinational corporations, banks and other top professional offices. Equally known for its wealth of fine art and greenery, the surrounding area of the Lord Byron makes for a wonderful daytime bicycle excursion. The Parioli Quarter is home to the spectacular Borghese Gardens. Within the Borghese Gardens, the Borghese Gallery has recently re-opened its doors to some of the world’s most famous art after extensive renovation.
Palazzo Barberini, National Gallery of Modern Art, Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia, Auditorium Parco della Musica and many other extraordinary places are located in close proximity. A 15-minute stroll from the hotel to Via Veneto, signature of the Roman “dolce vita” coined in the 1960’s… the windy, plane-tree lined street is marked by select upscale boutiques, historical cafes and the U.S. Embassy. Families travelling with small children will not have to venture far for a visit the city zoo, Bioparco di Roma, likewise located in the Parioli Quarter. We encourage you to ask the Concierge for additional information about Parioli’s attractions or click on the applicable links.
